You can book an event with us no less than 2 weeks of your desired date and no more than 6 months out.

Using an e-gift card during checkout? Your eGiftCard amount MUST be equal or greater than the amount due at checkout. You can add more funds to your eGiftCard to be equal to your desired package rate for checkout - this must be done prior to checkout out of your birthday party booking. Please make special note that you are only given a certain amount of time at checkout for your birthday booking before the cart expires.

TIME POLICY: Guests are allowed up to 15 minutes prior to the start of their reservation time to check in and setup for their party. Clean-up must be completed before the end of the scheduled reservation and not extend past.

ROOM CAPACITY POLICY: Your event includes attendance for up to 36 guests. The room capacity is 36 persons maximum. Tables and chairs will be provided to accompany up to 36 guests.

BOOKING FEE & REFUND POLICY: Price of your package includes a $50 non-refundable booking fee (deposit). All funds received above the non-refundable booking fee (deposit) will only be considered refundable if the event is cancelled no less than 7 days prior to the event. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact the Carousel at your earliest convenience 503-540.0374.  If canceling your event, the Carousel will hold the $50 non-refundable booking fee and will issue a refund for the remaining funds received back to the card used to book. If you would like to reschedule your event, all funds received can be transferred to a new date if the booking date is within 60 days of original event date. In the case that the Carousel needs to cancel your reservation due to business changes or closures, and your event cannot be rescheduled, all funds received will be refunded.

ADDITIONAL RULES & INFORMATION: Please no food or beverages on the carousel. You may bring outside food to your event. Outside caterers are welcome. Alcohol is not permitted. Please no stapling, tacks, silly string, glue, tape, paint, glitter, confetti or adhesives for decorating . We have suction cups with hooks you may borrow to hang your fun items on the glass in the room. You are responsible for the care of all party tables and chairs used. Any damages will be charged to you. Cover tables prior to doing any craft projects. Items such as permanent markers should not be used. Balloons and sticks stems are yours to keep - the vases are property of the Carousel and for display only - please leave them in the room when you are done with the event.

TIMED RIDE BRACELET POLICY: This package includes 18 individual unlimited ride wristbands. These wristbands are only valid during the time of your event booking and only for your party guests. Any left over (unused) wristbands after your event are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. If you need additional wristbands upon your arrival, they can be purchased at check-in for $5 each. If you book 2 events consecutively on the same day and book one as a Riding High and one as a Round Up, please note that your ride wristbands will only be valid during the event time of the Riding High package booked. Therefore, if you need ride wristbands for the full duration of both your event bookings, then it is required to book both times as Riding High packages.
